We did it twice and learned that one of the experiment was not as successful as the other one, because too much shaving cream had been added to the jar. They were looking in amazement, saying look it is raining. They then used a pipette to drip some blue food colour on top of the cloud and watched how the colour came through the cloud. The children enjoyed the science activity adding water to a jar, and spraying shaving cream on top of the opening of the jar. When it came to add some ice-cream the children were in fits of laughter, which started the adults off as well. Add a little bit of this and a little bit of that of what we like best.
